RELAY to be held between 6pm and 8pm for TEAMS
Option One – RELAY RUN – for 12 year olds and over
A total distance of 16km is to be completed by four Runners, each doing one 4km lap.
Time allowed for completion: 2 hours
All runners to be at start by 5.40pm.
Cost R 400.00 per team, which includes a gazebo site.
Option Two – RELAY WALK – for 12 year olds and over
A total distance of 12km is to be completed by three Walkers, each completing one 4km lap.
Time allowed for completion: 2 hours
All walkers are to be at the start area by 5.50pm.
Cost: R 300.00 optional gazebo site can be booked at R100.00 per site.
Kindly note, we recommend headlamps are worn.

Gazebo sites can be booked at R100.00 – this is a great promotional and team-building opportunity for your business! Brand your team with company t-shirts.
Special Rates:
Teams of four scholars entering to run will only pay R 200.00 per team.
Teams of two adults and two scholars will pay R 300.00
SINGLE LAP NIGHT WALK of 4km to begin shortly after the Runners and Walkers in the first lap of the relay have left, Walkers to be at start from 6pm.
This walk is ideal for parents with children, but also open to other entrants of all ages and U12's must be accompanied by an adult.
Adults: R 35.00 each
Children: R 25.00 each
Bring your torches and enjoy a fun Night Walk through the Leonards suburb of Hilton.
Prizes:
Spot Prizes will be awarded through the evening.
Prizes include a weekend at The Cavern for a family of four and a weekend at Umko Lodge for up to 15 people.
Catering:
Wors rolls, Steak rolls, refreshments and Braai packs (fires provided) will be on sale.
You are also welcome to bring a picnic. Please be responsible for your own litter, bins will be provided.
Kindly note:
All participants enter at their own risk.
The relay event is open to 12 year olds and over.
U12's must be accompanied by an adult on the walk.
Optional gazebo site bookings for R 100.00 are limited to the 80 Gazebo sites.
The route is fully marshalled.
PARKING is available at Laddsworth on the Daisy Ladds Field, the Centenary Field and also at Church of Ascension in Brindy Road.
The focus is on participation and fun!
