Hidden down a pan handle in the Winterskloof valley, you will find a steep garden with a base of indigenous plants (mostly self-propagated), including close to 300 tree ferns.Levelled areas have been designed for family use i.e. cricket and soccer. Enjoy a meander down pathways to an avenue of treeferns. You will be able to take in spectacular views across World’s View, Pietermaritzburg to Key Ridge and Alverstone.
To get to Line's Den garden take the Hilton turn off on the N3. Turn towards the village. Drive along Hilton Avenue and go through both traffic lights. 1km from the second traffic light, turn left into Walters Road and then immediately right into St Michaels Rd. Continue for 1km until you reach Number 23.
