We managed to have tabs-in on two days last week as well as the Artisan’s 2-4-2 on Friday. The Artisan’s competition was won by Barry Best and Jo Boonzaier, while George Oldham and Thelma Mylne took second place. We thank Artisan’s for their loyal support and extend congratulations to the victors.The final league results for the 2015/2016 season have been published. Our best result came from the players in the men’s third league who finished in second place. The second league players were fifth out of six teams and the ladies ended up third out of four. Well done to the men in our third league team. We look forward to winning this league next season.
Bowlers from Hilton participated in the Quadrangular tournament in Margate and in the NIBA mixed pairs competition on Sunday but had little to celebrate.
This Saturday we will be playing for chickens and tabs will cost an extra R5.
