Hilton's POSH Market was once again blessed with a bright blue sky day, opening with memorable piped tunes from The Athlone Highlanders, the various stalls added a fair like quality to the area as vendors set up their stands. The first piped melody filled the air as a consistent flow of shoppers wended their way towards the POSH Market, ambling along and selecting their purchases in between catch-ups with old friends.
Charles Webster performed some well loved and familiar numbers as the sheep and steak sizzled and children bounced on the jumping castle while cool drinks and splashes were welcomed. Erin Fourie took to the stage for the lunchtime session and popped in a special request or two, pleasing all with her lovely voice.
Our stall holders brought a wide array of shoppers delights including; hats, bags, jewellery, books, games, pottery, oil paintings, pillows and decopaged items.Lucky shopper prizes delighted many.
